Terms and Conditions, Waiver, and Release Form (“Terms and Conditions”) for Ticketing, Membership, and Live Events

Welcome to CX! By accessing our website, mobile application ("App"), or attending our events (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
User Eligibility and Age Requirements
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 may only access our events and Services when accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
Prohibited Conduct and Content
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Uploading, distributing, or sharing illegal content, including child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material. We strictly prohibit any content related to CSAE and will immediately terminate accounts associated with such content, report incidents to law enforcement, and cooperate fully in investigations.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content.
Spam, phishing, or other harmful content.
Reporting and Moderation
We actively moderate content to enforce these Terms. If you encounter any prohibited content, particularly CSAE material, immediately report it through our reporting tools or email thefuture@cllctv.com.
SMS Communications
By opting into SMS messaging:
You'll receive messages about account activity, login verification, account setup, and periodic updates.
Text "STOP" at any time to unsubscribe from SMS updates. Confirmation will follow.

Message and data rates may apply; expect approximately 3-5 messages per month. Contact your wireless provider for plan details.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ticketing, Membership, and Event Terms
By purchasing tickets or memberships, rsvp’ing for or attending events, you agree to:
Receive email updates regarding CX events, promotions, and content. Your email and event city will be stored securely and never shared externally without explicit consent.
Assume all risks associated with attendance, including serious injury, illness (e.g., COVID-19), property loss, or death. Risks may arise from conditions at event locations, actions of participants, or unforeseen dangers.
Release CX, Collective Studio Inc., affiliates, and partners from all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, even if caused by negligence.
Allow the use of your image, voice, and likeness captured at events for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation or consent.
Accept that tickets and memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if events are altered or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, governmental action).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CX, Collective Studio Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, partners, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Modifications and Termination
CX reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate access to Services at any time, with changes effective upon posting or notification. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of modifications.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from these Terms or related Services will be governed by New York state law and resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
