what we are building

Our mission is to foster meaningful connections between people. We enable our members to connect through special events within our social clubs and anytime anywhere via our app.

Our members are a cross-section of tastemakers in New York City. Our diverse, highly educated, high net-worth audience are the people that start trends, write articles, and create posts on social media that drive engagement across the city and the world.

For the past two decades, our collective teams have been producing some of the most dynamic, engaging, and drop-dead gorgeous events in the world, as featured in the New York Times, Vogue, Paper Magazine, New York Mag, and many, many more...

the space

We are converting a seven thousand square feet, three-floor standalone artist loft on the eastern edge of Soho into a landscape of immersive art, performances, and meaningful conversation. The photos below show the space pre-conversion, and the renders following offer a taste of what will come.

Our members meet and connect on our app. The platform offers our unique bubble sorting interface and vibe graph, creating a new way to sort people and potential connections in real time. Every element of the app is built and designed with an eye toward supporting meaningful connections.

who we are

our team

Radha & William have decades of experience creating culture, building scaling apps, and world-reaching companies. This is our next big thing.

Radha Agrawal is an entrepreneurial force. She is the co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Community Architect of Daybreaker, the global morning dance, music, and wellness movement in five continents with a community of almost half a million people around the globe.

She co-founded, sold, and invested in multiple nine-figure businesses in the wellness space, including THINX underwear. She is a best-selling author, speaker, DJ, inventor, and investor in mostly female-owned businesses.

William Etundi Jr. has dedicated his life to creating experiences that touch the world. For two decades he’s been producing large-scale events that mix social commentary, art, and public spectacle. His productions have been experienced by over 100,000 guests from the Brooklyn underground, to Art Basel Miami to the Louvre to the White House.

In 2012 he launched SeeMe, an international artist network that grew to over 1 million members. His work has been featured in the pages of Vogue, i-D Magazine, Paper Magazine, and more, with the New York Times proclaiming him “an impresario of the underground.”
