The previous era of the social internet is receding, leaving profound societal problems in its wake. We now have an opportunity to foundationally rethink the ways we will connect for the next era.
The future of "social" is about more than social media; it's about how we connect with each other both online and off. At its core, it's about how we choose to organize society. The stakes couldn't be higher.
Our members meet and connect via our app, which offers instantaneous connections based on their "vibe" in the moment.
These connections are then deepened and made real via our bespoke in-person events.
For our pilot program, we assembled a few hundred interesting people who do incredible things...
...and brought them together for bespoke experiences designed to create new social connections.
Our next step is to develop our app in partnership with our members, building from these three core principles.

The app is invite-only, with the history of all invites being publicly viewable - keeping all members accountable for the new members they bring in, elevating the quality of connections and conversation.
This is about your authentic self in the moment.
The app captures our members as they are in the moment. We do this via our "vibe graph." The first data set of it's kind, our members are invited to submit how they are feeling, what they are looking for, and what their vibe is at any given time, matching with other members who have a similar vibe in that moment.
If you are feeling creative, you can meet other creative people. If you are feeling philosophical, you can connect with others in a similar vibe. If you want a professional conversation, we have that too.

Our app will have one singular focus, enabling people to make new social connections. From this simple thesis, we aim to initiate connections that can deepen via our bespoke, in-person events.

Few social apps are paying attention to the essential desire to meet new people and make new social connections. Even fewer are offering a direct conduit to deepen those relationships in the real world.
Social media is going through a paradigm shift. TikTok is leading every other app to focus on the one-to-many model, with Facebook/Instagram clamoring to catch up. The dating app industry is ripe for foundational disruption, with Tinder and Hinge at the top of the list of the most hated apps in the United States.
Our solution is a private social network that activates as much in the real world as we do online. Everything we build revolves around one singular mission: we connect interesting people who do incredible things.
…and we’ve already begun.
We have 700 paid members for the pilot, with thousands more on the waitlist. We had 3,000 beta testers on the MVP build of our app, with another 70,000 on our email list.
We have direct relationships with the biggest real-estate developers in New York City lined up for hosting our pop-up events for the next season, including the Durst Organization, Tishman Speyer, and Related Group.
