This election night, before the results start coming in, let's sit together to share our experiences, discuss how we feel, metabolize what we're going through, and prepare ourselves for whatever is to come. In a convening somewhere between a Quaker meeting and an Un-conference, we will summon the power of community to provide resilience through challenging times.
The discussion will be moderated by CX member and Scholar-in-Residence, Douglas Rushkoff PhD, a cultural philosopher, professor, documentarian, podcast host, and author of twenty books. CX members and guests will be joined by subscribers of Rushkoff’s Team Human podcast and friends of Psychedelics for Climate Action.
Starting at 9PM when the polls close, we will livestream the news coverage of the results. To process the intense energy of the evening, we will have a Reiki Master on hand to work with groups and individuals. As always, our Lumo Ombro bars will be open, serving much-needed craft cocktails, non-alcoholic elixirs, and lite snacks.
